Academic Background: A bachelor's degree in a science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM) field with a minimum 3.0/4.0 GPA is expected. Prerequisite Knowledge: Applicants must have completed coursework in: Programming: CIS 200/2001 (Computer Science II) and CIS 350 (Data Structures and Algorithm Analysis) or equivalent. Mathematics: Calculus II (MATH 116 or equivalent), Probability and Statistics (IMSE 317/STAT 326/MATH 425), and Discrete Structures. Recommended: Calculus III and Linear Algebra.
