We collect the details you submit through our enquiry and counselling forms — name, phone number, email address, academic qualification, preferred country, course, intake and budget — along with basic analytics data such as pages visited and device type.
How we use your information
Your details are used solely to provide counselling, shortlist universities, process applications on your instruction, check scholarship and loan eligibility, and keep you informed about relevant deadlines.
Sharing with third parties
We share your information with universities, partner banks or visa authorities only when you explicitly ask us to submit an application on your behalf. We never sell your data to advertisers or lead-generation networks.
Data retention and security
Records are retained for as long as your application journey is active and for up to three years afterwards for compliance. Data is stored on access-controlled systems with encryption in transit.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@studyabroad.gradwiz.in. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.
