Scope of services
GradWiz provides counselling, university shortlisting, application assistance, scholarship guidance, loan facilitation and visa documentation support. We are an education consultancy and not an agent of any government authority.
No guarantee of admission or visa
Admission decisions rest with universities and visa decisions rest with immigration authorities. We guide, prepare and represent your application to the highest standard, but we cannot guarantee any outcome.
Accuracy of information you provide
You are responsible for the accuracy of academic records, test scores, financial documents and personal details. Misrepresentation can result in application rejection or visa refusal, and we may discontinue services in such cases.
Fees and refunds
Counselling is free. Paid service packages, where applicable, are quoted in writing before payment. Refunds follow the schedule stated in your service agreement; third-party fees such as application, test or visa charges are non-refundable.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
