Academic entry requirement

A four-year bachelor's degree from a U.S. institution or an equivalent from a foreign institution is required. A minimum GPA of \(3.0\) on a \(4.0\) scale is needed for the last 90 quarter credits or 60 semester credits. While degrees in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field are preferred, applicants with other degrees are considered if they have relevant work experience or have completed the UW Certificate in Construction Management.
