School Leaving Qualification Equivalent to the Irish Leaving Certificate Your secondary school certificate must be recognized as equivalent to the Irish Leaving Cert. Hotcourses Abroad +2 University College Cork +2 Must include Mathematics and a Laboratory Science subject (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, etc.) among the passed subjects. University College Cork Minimum Grades For those offering the Irish Leaving Cert: at least O6/H7 in six subjects, including Math and a lab science. University College Cork If your country’s exam system is different, UCC will assess whether your grades meet the standard. Hotcourses Abroad +1 No Vocational Qualifications / Foundation / Lower Level Subjects Vocational / applied programmes like Leaving Certificate Applied / Vocational Programmes will not be accepted. University College Cork Foundation level / LCVP / Foundation Level subjects are not accepted. University College Cork Mature / Experience Route If you do not meet the standard school qualifications but are over a certain age and have relevant experience, UCC may consider your case.
